Why did you become a physician/provider? I became a therapist because I really enjoy people.  It is very rewarding to develop relationships with others and assisting them.

What qualities best describe the care you provide to your patients? I am a caring person.  I take pride in providing individualized service to each of my clients.  Many of my clients really enjoy the time we spend together.  I generally use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques.

Being a mental healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? I have a great appreciation for the unique characteristics that make us individuals.  I enjoy sharing in the success of my clients.

What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? To every life stressor, problem, issue or symptom, there are resolutions, answers, and interventions.  Many of which are hidden inside our own hearts and brains.

What would you like your patients to know about you? I am very easy to talk with, and a very non-threatening person.  Most people appreciate my sense of humor, calm, realism and honesty in a therapeutic environment.

Are there any fun facts that you would like the community to know about you? I have been a therapist at Associates Office for over 20 years.
