Why did you become a physician/provider? I have always had an interest in caring for others. I became interested in psych/mental health when I was caring for people where were in jail, and I saw how many had mental health problems that led to their incarceration.

What qualities best describe the care you provide to your patients? Empathetic, caring, attentive and cooperative.

Being a mental healthcare provider, what drives/motivates you each day? I'm motivated by knowing I am helping someone in one of the most difficult times of their life.

What is the most important message you would like to share with your patients? I will work with you to create the best treatment plan that meets your needs.

What would you like your patients to know about you? I’ve been a nurse practitioner for 20 years and recently attained my certification to work in mental health. I am excited to help patients in this part of their lives.

Are there any fun facts that you would like the community to know about you? I have two children and four grandkids who give me great joy.
